QUESTION LIST - A very powerful feature which allows you to set up quantities for many standard questions (think of them as calculator memories with names). When a Question Code is placed in a Price Book or Bid Item, the value associated with the Question will be placed in that Item's Bid Item Quantity.
 

Can save time and help prevent putting quantities in the wrong bid items.

NOTE- The option, Std. Formulas, can be used to calculate the quantities in the Question List.
Step 1 Put Items in Bid
Step 2 Click the Question Button
Step 3 Answer Questions
Step 4 Click the "Use" Tool Bar button

All items now have quantities
